A warm, rustic independent restaurant ready for the day

For independent restaurants and the people who pour their hearts into them

Good food brings them in. How you make them feel brings them back.

I anonymously experience your restaurant as a customer, show you what is really happening, and help you turn those findings into better food, stronger service, and lasting consistency.

Honest help for real restaurantsNo corporate playbook required.

01

You do not have to carry every shift alone

Your restaurant should feel like something you’re proud to open every day.

You can spend 50–70 hours a week inside your restaurant and still never experience it the way a guest does. Employees act differently when ownership is present, familiar problems fade into the background, and unhappy customers often leave without saying a word. I help you see the whole experience clearly—and understand why it is happening.

The House Standard™ 100-Point Guest Experience Audit

One guest visit. The whole story.

Every anonymous visit follows the complete customer journey and turns what happened into measurable, useful information—not vague opinions.

  1. 1

    Experience it anonymously

I visit as a regular guest so the experience is natural, objective, and confidential.

    Measure the whole journey

The 100-point audit turns arrival, service, food, environment, management, and departure into clear data.

  3. 3

    Find the root causes

The Five P’s™ connect each symptom to the people, processes, product, presentation, or profit behind it.

  4. 4

    Improve and follow through

You receive prioritized recommendations, practical implementation help, training, and follow-up—not just a report.

Better food. Better service.

Better reasons to come back.

Hi, I’m Samantha

I know this business from the inside out.

I built The House Standard from years spent in food, management, events, and hospitality—doing the work, leading teams, solving problems in the middle of a shift, and learning what guests remember.

I’m not here to catch your staff doing something wrong or turn your restaurant into somebody else’s idea of success. I’m here to discover what is keeping your restaurant from doing things right consistently—and help you fix it without losing what makes your place special.

Serving independent restaurants and small restaurant groups across North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.

Let’s talk about your restaurant.

Tell me what feels harder than it should. We’ll have a comfortable, confidential conversation about your restaurant and where an objective guest experience could make the biggest difference.
